NotBot Data
See every show NotBot saved to your account, with its sales, buyers, bids and chat, and look across all of them.
NotBot Data shows what NotBot on your computers saved to your MellowState account: every show with its sales, buyers, bids, chat and viewers, and the totals across your shows. Its pages only read your shows. Nothing you do in Data changes a show, a label or a setting in NotBot.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”NotBot Data is part of the MellowTools app at app.mellowtools.com. Click Continue to sign in and sign in with the account you use in NotBot. You sign in on mellowstate.com with Google, Apple or your email, then come straight back.
When your account has NotBot, the app opens on Month. The sidebar on the left lists the Data pages under DATA: Shows, Buyers, Items, Month, Trends, Search and Reports. Shows and Buyers show how many you have. Your computers are under ACCOUNT › Devices. On a phone the sidebar becomes a row of tabs across the top.
What Data shows, and what it leaves out
Section titled “What Data shows, and what it leaves out”- Only what NotBot recorded. A show appears once NotBot on a computer that sends its shows has watched it. Anything that happened while NotBot was closed or disconnected is not there, and neither is a show recorded on a computer that does not send its shows. Send your shows to Data explains how a computer starts sending.
- Each show counts once. When two computers recorded the same show, the lists show both recordings, but every total counts the show once. Pages that count say how many shows were recorded on more than one computer.
- Money stays in its own currency. Amounts in different currencies are shown side by side and never added together.
- A sale without a price is never counted as $0. It is counted as a sale and listed as a sale without a price, but it is left out of money totals until a price is known.
- Archived shows are out of every total. A show you delete from NotBot on the computer that recorded it stays in your account as archived. Shows can list archived shows on request.
- Your time zone. Days, weeks and hours follow the time zone of the browser you are using.
Which computers are sending
Section titled “Which computers are sending”Under the title of Month, Shows, a show’s page, Buyers, a buyer’s page, Items, Trends and Search, a panel lists every computer that runs NotBot on your account:
- A green dot and is sending its shows, with how long ago it last uploaded.
- A brass dot and is not sending data, so shows recorded on it are missing here. Its Turn it on link opens the steps on Devices.
The panel appears once a computer has signed in to NotBot with your account.
