A show's page

Everything NotBot saved about one show, in the order the page shows it, from the recap and what needs a look to every auction, sale and giveaway.

Last updated Oct 12, 2026 · Applies to NotBot Data

A show’s page has everything NotBot saved about one show: how it went, what needs your attention, the show minute by minute, every auction and sale, and how complete the data is. Open it by clicking a show’s title on Shows or Month. While the show is live, or its numbers are still being calculated, the page refreshes every 30 seconds.

The pictures on this page come from a sample account.

Above the title, Shows takes you back to the list, followed by the month of the show. The line under the title gives the day, the time from start to end (or live now while it runs), the platform, the computer that captured it, its Data status, how long ago it last synced, and Archived when it is archived. Point at the status to read its sentence; Send your shows to Data explains each one.

Under that, a panel lists which computers are sending.

The large number is the show’s recorded sales in the currency it sold the most in. Sales in any other currency are listed under it and never added to it. It says Calculating while Data works out the show’s numbers, and No priced sales when none of its sales had a price.

Row What it counts
Sales Auction wins plus Buy It Now and offer sales.
Buyers Different people who bought, with how many the platform marked as first-time buyers. A + means some sales did not say.
Average priced sale The average of the sales that have a price.
Sales without a price Sales NotBot recorded with no price. They are not in the gross.
Unsold auctions Auctions that ended without a sale. Not recorded for shows that did not record auction runs.

Against your other shows on the same weekday

Section titled “Against your other shows on the same weekday”

Under the counts, a bar compares this show with your earlier shows that started on the same weekday, such as Against your last 5 Thursdays:

  • The grey band runs from the lowest to the highest of those shows, with their amounts under it, and the line marks the median (also written at the top right).
  • The brass mark is this show.
  • A line such as Your best Thursday yet. or Your best Thursday since August. says when this show beat all of them.

It uses up to your last 6 earlier shows on that weekday, in your time zone, that are not archived and have every price known, counting each show once, in this show’s main currency. With fewer than 2 such shows it says Not enough earlier Thursday shows to compare yet. While the show is live the bar reads So far, against. It is left out while the show is calculating or when the show has no priced sales.

Beside the recap, Needs a look lists what may need you after the show. The top right counts the items, or says Nothing needs a look.

Item What it means
Payment still failed A buyer’s payment failed and was not resolved, with the buyer, item and price. Open jumps to Payment failures. Up to three are listed, then a line counts the rest.
N sales without a price Left out of the totals until a price is known.
N labels failed to print When some of them were Buy It Now or offers, how many failed at auction and how many on Buy It Now or offers; otherwise how many other labels printed, printed by hand or were not needed. Review shows the auctions whose label failed, or goes to Buy It Now and offers when every failure is there.
N labels still waiting to print Labels that had not printed when the computer last sent data.
N labels not recorded NotBot did not say whether these printed. This line is not counted as an item.
All labels printed or No labels were needed Nothing failed, is waiting or is not recorded, with how many printed, printed by hand and were not needed. This line is not counted as an item.

A strip under the recap sums up the audience: the peak viewer count and when it happened, bids and how many people placed them, chat messages and how many people sent them, and giveaways with their entries.

A show uploaded later from history, or recorded by an older NotBot, has no viewers, bids or chat, and the strip says so.

The chart lays the show out minute by minute, with a row for each kind of activity on one time line.

The chips above the chart turn rows on and off, and each one shows that row’s peak: Viewers, Sales, Revenue, Chat, Bids, Reactions and Giveaway entries. Viewers, Sales and Chat are on at first. Your choice is kept in the page’s address. A grey chip with Not recorded means the show did not record that kind of data; Reactions · Not recorded on a platform means NotBot did not record reactions for this show on that platform.

Row What it shows
Viewers The viewer count, with its peak marked. A dotted line marks when a giveaway started.
Sales A bar for each auction win, a diamond for each Buy It Now or offer sale, and a circle for each unsold auction. The height is the price; grey marks have no price.
Revenue so far The running total of sales.
Chat per minute Chat messages each minute.
Bids per minute Bids each minute.
Reactions The platform’s reaction gauge, the highest reading in each stretch of seconds named under the chart.
Entries per minute Giveaway entries each minute.

Notes under the chart give the revenue total and its currency, and count sales in other currencies and sales without a price, which the money rows leave out.

Move the pointer over the chart, or tap it on a phone. A readout shows that minute: the viewer count, chat messages and bids, reactions and giveaway entries, the sales in that minute with their amount and the total so far, and any giveaway that started. On the Sales row the readout shows the nearest sale instead: its time, item, price, kind and buyer with their box number.

Drag across a stretch of the chart to zoom in on it. Reset zoom above the chart goes back to the whole show.

Click a mark on the Sales row. An auction opens in Auctions; a Buy It Now or offer sale is marked in Buy It Now and offers. On a phone, the first tap shows the sale and a second tap opens it.

You can also use the keyboard: tab to the chart, then use the left and right arrow keys to move a minute at a time, Home and End for the first and last minute, Enter to open a sale in that minute, and Escape to close the readout.

A result in Search opens the chart at the minute it happened.

A show uploaded later from history, or recorded by an older NotBot, charts only its sales; a line above the chart says so.

Auctions lists every auction NotBot saw run, newest first, 25 at a time. Show more loads the next ones, and the line under the table says how many are shown.

Click a chip above the table: All (with the count), Most bids, Highest price, Unsold (with the count, when the show recorded unsold auctions) or Label failed (with the count, when any failed).

Column What it shows
# The auction’s number in the show.
Item The photo thumbnail, item name and its second line.
Start The starting price.
Sold The winning price. Not counted under a price means it looks wrong and is left out of every total. Otherwise No price, No sale, Running, or Cancelled.
Bids Bids on the auction, with a bar.
Time How long the auction ran, in minutes and seconds.
Buyer The buyer’s box number, username and a New tag for a first-time buyer. Passed, no bids or Passed when it did not sell, No buyer recorded when NotBot did not see one.
Label Printed, Printed by hand, No label needed, Waiting to print, Label failed, or Not recorded.

While the show is live, rows stay where they are and their figures update in place. New auctions wait behind a Show N new auctions button, and Update list appears when a row on screen no longer belongs in the list, for example when it no longer matches the filter. A Removed record row is a record that was removed after it was saved.

Click an item’s name. The row opens with three parts; click it again to close it.

  • Bids, newest first: the last five bids with their time, bidder and price, the winner in bold, and how many earlier bids there were and from how many other people.
  • Chat during this auction: up to five chat messages sent while it ran, and how many more. If NotBot did not see when the auction started and ended, it says so.
  • Sale photo: the win photo NotBot captured, with the time it was taken. Otherwise it says the photo is still uploading, being prepared, did not upload or was removed, or that No photo was saved for this sale.

This table lists the show’s other sales, newest first: Time, Item, Type (Buy It Now, Offer accepted, Flash sale or Other sale), Qty, Buyer and Price. An asterisk after the quantity means the platform did not say and one is assumed. Under a price, Not counted means it is left out of every total and Label failed means its label did not print; No price means none was recorded.

It shows the 200 newest, plus any older ones whose label failed. A show without any says No Buy It Now or offers in this show.

The cards under the tables start with the auctions that ended unsold, so you can pull those items for your next show. Each has its starting price and no bids or how many bids it had before it passed. An item that sold later as Buy It Now or sold later at auction in the same show is marked Sold.

Every item that did not sell later has its box ticked. Untick any you will not bring back, then click Print pull list. Your browser’s print window opens with a list headed Pull list and the show’s name: each ticked item with its starting price. The ticks are not saved.

The card says Every auction sold. when nothing went unsold, and This show did not record auctions that ended unsold. for a show uploaded later or recorded by an older NotBot. A long list shows the first 200.

This card says how the show was captured, so you know how far to trust its numbers.

Row What it says
Recorded on The computer that captured this copy of the show.
Captured From the start with the time, From a time after the show began, or Uploaded later from history.
Ended The platform ended the show, You ended the show, NotBot saw you leave the show, or NotBot stopped seeing activity, each with the time, or No end recorded.
Final check Complete when NotBot confirmed everything reached your account, Older capture, or Not done, counts may be short.
Sale photos How many win photos are saved, still uploading or failed to upload, or None saved for this show.
Also recorded on Other computers that recorded the same show, each linking to its copy, or No other computer.

Data comes from the NotBot app that watched the show, so anything that happened while it was closed or disconnected is not there.

How many people did each thing, counted separately, so one person can be in several rows: Watching at the peak, Chatted, Entered a giveaway, Placed a bid and Bought something. A row says Not recorded when the show did not record it.

Each giveaway with its time, its number of entries, and Won by with the winner’s box number and username, or No winner recorded. The line under them says how many giveaway entrants went on to win an auction. A show without giveaways says No giveaways in this show. A long list shows the first 100.

This card appears only when the show had a break. Each break shows its title and format, how many of its spots were filled (or Spots not recorded), and its Spot labels: how many printed, printed by hand, were not needed, are waiting or failed.

This card appears only when a buyer’s payment failed during the show. Each failure shows the buyer, item and price, and whether it is Resolved (with the time), Dismissed or Still failed. A long list shows the first 100.

Why does a sale have no price?

NotBot recorded the sale but not its price. It still counts as a sale, shows No price, and is left out of the gross and averages until a price is known. Needs a look counts these sales.

A price says Not counted

The price looks wrong, far beyond any real sale, so it is left out of every total. The sale is still listed.

The numbers say Calculating

Data is still working out this show’s numbers. The page refreshes every 30 seconds and fills in on its own.

The show has no viewers, bids or chat

It was uploaded later from history or recorded by an older NotBot. Its sales and buyers are there. About this data says which.

The status says counts may be short

NotBot stopped hearing from the show, or did not finish its final check. Some of the show may be missing. See what each Data status means.
