Shows
Find any show you have saved, sort and search them, read each column, and compare up to four shows side by side.
Shows lists every show your computers have saved to your account, from your first one to today, newest first. From here you open a show, or pick up to four to compare side by side. Click Shows under DATA in the sidebar; the number beside it is how many shows you have.
The pictures on this page come from a sample account.
Find a show
Section titled “Find a show”The line under the title says how many shows you have saved. The search box and the three buttons beside it narrow the list.
Step 1: Search titles and sellers
Section titled “Step 1: Search titles and sellers”Type in Search titles and sellers. The list keeps the shows whose title or seller account name contains what you typed. It updates when you stop typing.
Step 2: Choose which shows to include
Section titled “Step 2: Choose which shows to include”- Current: shows that are not archived. This is where the list starts.
- With archived: every show, archived ones included.
- Archived: only archived shows.
A show is archived when you delete it from NotBot on the computer that recorded it. Its copy stays in your account, out of every total.
Step 3: Sort the list
Section titled “Step 3: Sort the list”Click a column name to sort by it: Date, Peak, Sales, Bids, Chat, Buyers or Gross (USD). An arrow beside the name shows the order; click it again to flip it. When you sort by a number, shows still being calculated go last.
Show more at the bottom loads more shows. The line beside it says how many are shown.
The search, the buttons and the sort are part of the page’s address, so a bookmark opens the same list.
Shows from one week or month
Section titled “Shows from one week or month”In the Week by week table on Trends (Month by month for a long period), clicking a week or month opens Shows narrowed to its shows, and to the platform picked on Trends if there is one. A line above the list says so, such as Showing Aug 4 to Aug 10, 2026 · Whatnot. Click Show all shows to go back to the whole list.
The columns
Section titled “The columns”| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | The day and time the show started. |
| Show | The show’s title (click it to open the show’s page), its platform, and Archived when it is archived. |
| Length | From start to end. live now while it runs. inferred under the length means NotBot worked out the end itself, because you left the show or activity stopped. A show with no end shows Not recorded when it was uploaded later or recorded by an older NotBot, and a dash otherwise. |
| Peak | The most viewers at one time. |
| Sales | Auction wins plus Buy It Now and offer sales. |
| Bids | Bids placed. |
| Chat | Chat messages. |
| Buyers | How many different people bought. |
| New | Buyers the platform marked as buying from you for the first time. A + means some sales did not say, so there may be more. |
| Data | How complete the show’s data is, with a short sentence. See what each Data status means. |
| Gross (USD) | The total of the show’s recorded sale prices in US dollars, with a bar sized against the largest on screen. Amounts in other currencies are listed under it, and + N unpriced counts sales without a price. |
A grey dot (·) in Peak, Bids or Chat means the show did not record it: it was uploaded later from history or recorded by an older NotBot. Calculating… across the number columns means Data is still working out that show’s numbers.
While a show in the list is live or still calculating, the page refreshes every 30 seconds.
Compare shows
Section titled “Compare shows”Pick between 2 and 4 shows to see their figures and charts side by side.
Step 4: Tick 2 to 4 shows
Section titled “Step 4: Tick 2 to 4 shows”Tick the box at the start of each show’s row (1) (2). The line above the list counts them, such as 2 of 4 picked. Once four are ticked, the other boxes are greyed out. Your ticks stay while you search or sort, so you can pick shows from different searches. Clear unticks them all.
Step 5: Click Compare
Section titled “Step 5: Click Compare”With two or more ticked, click Compare (3). The Compare shows page opens.
Read the Compare shows page
Section titled “Read the Compare shows page”Each show has a column, headed by its colour, its title (click it to open the show) and its platform. Each row is one figure: Started, Length, Gross, Average sale, Sales, Buyers, First-time buyers, Unpriced sales, Peak viewers, Bids, Chat messages and Giveaways.
- best marks the highest value in a row, when at least two shows have a value that can be compared and one of them is the highest on its own.
- Money is compared in one currency: the one most of these shows sold in. A show that sold in another currency shows its own amount, never marked best.
- no priced sales means none of that show’s sales had a price, which is not the same as $0.
- not recorded means the show did not record that figure. A first-time buyer count with a + is never marked best.
- Calculating… means that show’s numbers are not ready yet.
Under the table, two charts lay the shows over each other by minutes from each show’s start:
- Revenue over the show: each show’s running total of sales.
- Viewers over the show: each show’s viewer count.
Point at a chart to read every show’s value at that minute. See the chart as a table opens the numbers every 15 minutes; for viewers each row gives the highest count since the row before. A line under the chart names any show it leaves out, such as one that sold in another currency.
The shows you compare are in the page’s address, so you can bookmark the comparison.
If something looks different
Section titled “If something looks different”I can’t tick another show
Four shows is the most you can compare. Untick one, or click Clear.
A row has no best mark
Two shows tie for the highest value, or fewer than two shows have a value that can be compared in that row.
A show is missing from the revenue chart
It sold in another currency, its numbers are still being calculated, or none of its sales had a price. The line under the chart names a show left out for its currency or still being calculated.
No shows match
Nothing matches the search, the archived choice or the narrowing from Trends. Try another search, click With archived, or click Show all shows.
