Buyers
Everyone who has bought from you across your shows, sorted into groups you can act on, with what they spent and how often they come back.
The Buyers page lists every person who has bought from you in the shows your computers sent to NotBot Data. Five cards at the top sort them into groups you can act on, such as your regulars and the regulars who have stopped buying, and each name opens that buyer’s own page.
To open it, click Buyers in the sidebar under Data. The number beside it is how many buyers you have.
The pictures on this page come from a sample account.
The line under the title
Section titled “The line under the title”Under Buyers a line says how many people have bought from you and since when, for example “367 people have bought from you since June 2026”. When a show was recorded on two computers, the line adds “1 show was recorded on more than one computer; each counts once”: its buyers and sales are counted once, not twice.
When the numbers last caught up with your shows more than two minutes ago, the line ends with when that was, for example “· updated 5 min ago”. The page catches up on its own.
Below the title, a box lists each of your computers and whether it is sending its shows. A computer that says is not sending data has shows that are missing from every number on this page. Turn it on opens Devices.
The five cards
Section titled “The five cards”Each card counts the buyers in one group. Click a card to show only that group in the list below; click it again to show everyone.
| Card | Who is in it |
|---|---|
| Regulars | Bought at 3 or more of your last 10 shows. |
| New this month | Made their first purchase in the last 30 days. |
| Regulars gone quiet | A regular (3 or more of your last 10 shows) with no purchase in the last 30 days, or in the window you pick under Quiet after. The card turns to a warning colour when anyone is in it. |
| One and done | Bought at one show only, longer ago than the Quiet after window. Buyers known by username only are left out, because each of them always looks like a one show buyer. |
| Bid, never won | Bid in the last 30 days and has not bought from you yet. |
Your last 10 shows are your 10 most recent shows that count: archived shows are left out, and a show recorded on two computers counts once. With a platform picked, they are your last 10 shows on that platform.
Bid, never won shows a different list: Bidder, Bids, 30 days, Shows and Last bid, with the most recent bidders first. These people have not bought, so they have no buyer page and their names are not links. When there are more than the list holds, the foot of the list says “Showing the 200 most recent of” the total. If bids cannot be read at that moment, the card shows Unknown instead of a number.
Filter the list
Section titled “Filter the list”Step 1: Pick a platform
Section titled “Step 1: Pick a platform”At the right of the list’s heading, click a platform: All platforms, or one of the platforms you have shows on. The chips only appear when you have shows on more than one platform. The cards and the list both change to that platform.
Step 2: Choose when a regular counts as quiet
Section titled “Step 2: Choose when a regular counts as quiet”Next to Quiet after (1), click 30 days, 60 days or 90 days. This sets the window for Regulars gone quiet and One and done.
Step 3: Show buyers who first bought in a date range
Section titled “Step 3: Show buyers who first bought in a date range”Next to First bought (2), pick a From and a To date and click Show. The cards and the list then count only buyers whose first purchase falls in that range. The dates are days in your own time zone, which is named beside First bought. Any time clears the range.
The buyer list
Section titled “The buyer list”With no card picked, the list is headed All buyers and shows everyone, the most recent buyer first. Each row has:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Buyer | Their username and platform. Click it to open their page. |
| Last 10 shows | One mark for each of your last 10 shows, oldest on the left. A filled mark means they bought at that show. Point at a mark to see the show’s name and date. |
| Shows | How many of your shows they bought at. |
| Items | How many items they bought. |
| Spent (USD) | What they spent in US dollars. A buyer who spent nothing in US dollars shows their spending in another currency instead. Any other currency is shown under it, never added in. “+ 1 unpriced” counts sales that had no price. No priced sales means none of their purchases had a price. |
| Last bought | The day of their latest purchase. A regular who has gone quiet has a Gone quiet tag here. |
Click a column heading other than Last 10 shows to sort by it, and click it again to reverse the order. Buyer sorts by name, A to Z first. The list shows 50 buyers at a time; Show more at the bottom adds the next 50.
An amount that reads “at least” passed the largest total the page can add up exactly, so the real figure is higher.
How buyers are matched
Section titled “How buyers are matched”A buyer is matched by their platform account, so someone who changes their username stays one person. Their earlier usernames are listed on their page.
When a platform did not send an account for a buyer, NotBot only has their username. Those rows say matched by name. A buyer matched by name is counted once per show: if the same username buys at three shows, they appear as three buyers, each with one show. They never join up with a buyer on another show or another platform.
Nothing is matched across platforms. The same person on Whatnot and on eBay Live is two buyers.
If something looks different
Section titled “If something looks different”The page says “Preparing your buyers”
NotBot Data is adding up everyone who has bought from you across your shows for the first time. The page shows how many shows are done so far, for example “12 of 40 shows so far”, with a progress bar, and shows no cards or list until it finishes, so you never see a half counted number. It fills in on its own.
A notice says shows are “still being calculated”
Those shows arrived recently and their buyers are not counted on the page yet. The page catches up on its own.
A buyer I know is missing
Check the box under the title. Shows recorded on a computer that is not sending data are not in NotBot Data, so their buyers are missing. Archived shows are not counted either.
The same username appears more than once
Those rows are buyers matched by name, one per show, or the same username on two platforms.
The list says “No one here yet”
No buyer fits the card and platform you picked. Click Show every buyer to clear them.
