Month
Read how a stretch of time went, the last 30 days, this year or your own dates, with gross, sales, buyers and chat against the period before, sales by day, and its shows.
Month is the page NotBot Data opens on. It sums up a stretch of time, the last 30 days unless you pick another, against the same number of days before it, and lists every show in it. Click Month under DATA in the sidebar to open it.
The pictures on this page come from a sample account.
The title and the line under it
Section titled “The title and the line under it”The title names the period: Last 30 days, This year, or your own dates, such as “Sep 1, 2026 to Sep 30, 2026”.
The line under it says how many shows the period has (each show counted once), how many shows you have saved in all since your first one, and how many computers captured the period’s shows. Under that, a panel lists which computers are sending.
Pick a platform and a period
Section titled “Pick a platform and a period”The chips above the shows table change the whole page: the numbers, the chart and the table.
Step 1: Pick a platform
Section titled “Step 1: Pick a platform”All platforms is picked at first. Click a platform’s chip, such as Whatnot or eBay Live, to see only that platform’s shows. There is a chip for each platform you have saved shows from.
Step 2: Pick a period
Section titled “Step 2: Pick a period”- Last 30 days: today and the 29 days before it.
- This year: from January 1 to today.
- Custom: shows a From and a To date. Pick both and click Show.
The period and platform are part of the page’s address, so a bookmark or a shared link opens the same view.
The numbers at the top
Section titled “The numbers at the top”Five boxes sum up the period. Synced shows counts every show in the period. Gross, Sales, Buyers and Chat messages count only shows whose numbers are ready: a show still being calculated is left out of them, and the line under the shows table says how many are still calculating.
| Box | The big number | The line under it |
|---|---|---|
| Gross (with the period and currency) | The total of the sale prices NotBot recorded, in the period’s main currency: the one you sold the most in. | The change against the period before, such as +31% vs. prior period. Amounts in other currencies are listed separately, and N sales without a price counts sales that have no price and are not in the total. |
| Synced shows | How many shows are in the period, each counted once. | from N computers: how many computers recorded them. |
| Sales | Auction wins and Buy It Now or offer sales. | N bids placed. |
| Buyers | How many different people bought. | N came back: how many of them had also bought from you at a show before this period. |
| Chat messages | How many chat messages your shows had. | The change against the period before, or how many shows did not record chat. |
The period before is the same number of days right before the one you picked. A change is shown only when every show in both periods is calculated and the period before had any.
A + after the bids or chat count means at least that many: some shows in the period did not record bids or chat (shows uploaded later from history, or recorded by an older NotBot), and no change is worked out from them.
Recorded sales by day
Section titled “Recorded sales by day”The chart has a bar for each day of the period that had sales: the recorded sales of the shows that started that day, in the period’s main currency. The day of your best show in the period is in brass. Point at a bar to see its date and amount.
The shows in the period
Section titled “The shows in the period”Under the chips, the table lists every recording in the period, newest first. It has the same columns as Shows; see the columns. Click a column name to sort by it, and click it again to flip the order. The gross column is in the period’s main currency. Show more at the bottom loads the next 100 shows.
The line under the table says how many recordings are listed and how many shows the totals count, each once. When it applies, it adds how many shows were recorded on more than one computer, and how many are still calculating and not counted yet.
If no show fits the platform and period, the page says No shows in this period and suggests a longer period or another platform.
While your numbers are being prepared
Section titled “While your numbers are being prepared”The first time Data adds up your totals, the page shows Preparing your numbers in place of the five boxes and the chart. The shows table is still there. The page checks again every 5 seconds and fills in on its own.
While a show in the table is live or still calculating, the page refreshes every 30 seconds.
If something looks different
Section titled “If something looks different”There is no percentage next to Gross or Chat messages
A show in this period or the one before is still calculating, the period before had no sales or chat, or (for chat) some shows did not record chat.
Gross says some sales are without a price
NotBot recorded those sales without a price. They count as sales, but not in Gross, so Gross is lower than it would be. A show’s page counts them under Needs a look.
The table has more rows than Synced shows
A show recorded on two computers has a row for each recording, but counts once in the boxes. The line under the table says how many shows that applies to.
A show I ran is missing
The computer that recorded it may not be sending its shows. See Send your shows to Data.
